How to Book Private Events
Start by filling out our the contact form at the bottom of this page! The message must include the number in your party, what the event is for/celebrating, preferred dates, and whether or not you would like to have your group order from the menu or if you’d like to purchase a buffet. If you choose the buffet route, we will send you a PDF of your options, or you can stop by to pick up the Events Packet. Pretty much everything is fair game, but if you have questions, don’t hesitate to ask. Please note that party inquiries should be submitted 6-8 weeks in advance.
Please be advised that all private events will be charged 20% gratuity based on the cost of renting the space and food/beverages. If you’d like to tip your server(s) more, just let us know!

Music
Current Bookings
We are one of the only locations in Downtown Rehoboth to host live music, so our schedule filled up much quicker than expected. Not to worry, we are currently booking for summer and late 2023!
How to Book
Start by filling out the contact form at the bottom of this page. The email must include your rates for a 3-hour show, images for branding, logos (if any), links to music, links to your social media platforms and/or website, as well as your availability. Many people ask why so much is needed, but our event staff can’t book you if they doesn’t know what your sound or vibe are like!
Vibes of the Venues
RAH Downtown is a cosy atmosphere. At the bar, you’ll find the locals and our regulars who have been stopping by after work since we opened in 2016. We have a stage with lights that boasts a sick “hops wall” that we have become known for, thanks to artist Leah Beach.
RAH On the Mile is a large, open venue, with space for larger bands. This is the only venue of the two Rehoboth Ale House locations that hosts ticketed events. We tend to book larger events and musicians for that reason. On occasion, we even have bands play in our large parking lot.
Musician Rules and Responsibilities
When coming to Rehoboth Ale House Downtown, the band is responsible for their own parking, and downtown Rehoboth Beach has paid parking/meters (May 15 – Sept. 15) and can be difficult to find spaces. We have a parking lot next to our building, but the spots are all paid for for the year. Sometimes we are able to let you quickly unload from the lot, but you will have to move any and all cars from the lot as soon as possible to avoid our neighbors getting upset or calling the tow company. Even if the lot looks empty at the time, we have to be strict with this as it has been an issue in the past, so if a band does park in those spots we will not rebook them. Usually during band load out, the spots in front of the building will work best as the meters are off after 10pm and in the off-season.
At Rehoboth Ale House On the Mile, we have a large parking lot but it does fill up. You are permitted to park in our scooter parking area to load/unload your equipment if that is easier for you. Please ask management where the best place to park your vehicle while you are playing.
Rehoboth Ale House prides itself on being a safe and welcoming environment to all. While we don’t mind the occasional curse word, please refrain from vulgar profanities. We reserve the right to cancel the gig at any time, or decide to stop booking any musician who is disrespectful, drunk, untimely, and/or unprofessional.
