Booking and Events
Booking and Events
We are finished with booking musicians for 2022. This year, we are one of the only locations in Downtown Rehoboth to host live music, so our schedule filled up much quicker than expected. Not to worry, we are beginning to book for 2023 at the end of October.
How to Book
Start by sending an email to our Fun Director, Jessalynn. The email must include your rates for a 3-hour show, images for branding, logos (if-any), links to music, links to your social media platforms and/or website, as well as your availability. Many people ask why so much is needed, but Jess can’t book you if she doesn’t know what your sound or vibe are like!
Vibes of the Venues
RAH Downtown is a cosy atmosphere. At the bar, you’ll find the locals and our regulars who have been stopping by after work since we opened in 2015. We have a stage with lights that boasts a sick “hops wall” that we have become known for, thanks to artist Leah Beach. RAH On the Mile is a large, open venue, with space for larger bands. This is the only venue of the two Rehoboth Ale House locations that hosts ticketed events. We tend to book larger events and musicians for that reason. On occasion, we even have bands play in our large parking lot.
Musician Rules and Responsibilities
When coming to Rehoboth Ale House Downtown, we only have a small parking lot. In order to keep you from paying at the meters, we will always have a spot available to you in our parking lot during your set. This will make it easier for you to find a guaranteed parking space, as well as unload your equipment through our back door. That said, please only park ONE of your vehicles in our lot. If you have an extra vehicle with you, and need to park it in a metered zone, please bring us proof of payment, and we will be more than happy to reimburse you. At Rehoboth Ale House On the Mile, we have a large parking lot, so parking will never be an issue. You are permitted to park in our scooter parking area to load/unload your equipment if that is easier for you. Rehoboth Ale House prides itself on being a safe and welcoming environment to all. While we don’t mind the occasional curse word, please refrain from vulgar profanities. There will be no disrespect to our guests or staff, so if you act like a jerk, we’ll end the set early. We reserve the right to decide to stop booking any musician who is disrespectful, drunk, untimely, and/or unprofessional.
How to Book Private Events
Start by sending an email to our Fun Director, Jessalynn. The email must include the number in your party, what the event is for/celebrating, preferred dates, and whether or not you would like to have your group order from the menu or if you’d like to purchase a buffet. If you choose the buffet route, please advise which menu items you have selected. Pretty much everything is fair game, but if you have questions, don’t hesitate to ask. Please note that party inquiries should be submitted 6-8 weeks in advance. Additionally, we are unable to accommodate any private events from May-September.
How to Book Public Events
In the past, we have hosted Guest Bartender events and Comedy Nights, in addition to other fun events that the community can come and enjoy. To book an event like this, start by sending an email to our Fun Director, Jessalynn. The email must include who you are, what the event is for, preferred dates, and what you need from us. Please note that event inquiries should be submitted 6-8 weeks in advance.
To use our locations as a venue for an event you’re planning, the prices are as follows:
RAH Downtown: $700/hour.
RAH On the Mile: To be determined.
Additionally, the buyout time will begin two hours before the event begins, and will extend to two hours after, to allow for the set-up and breakdown of the event. This is negotiable and exceptions may apply.
Large Parties & Reservations
Large groups must be approved by our Fun Director, Jessalynn, at least 7 days before arrival. This is due to scheduling, ordering product, and time of year. Please note that we reserve the right to decline any group for any reason.
